Get a candy car of your choice. I like the flat ones like the Hersey's Bar.
Get a double sided tape and pretty scrapbook paper of your choice.
Tie it up with a pretty ribbon and add some bling and you are all done!!!
You can create party favors, for Baby Showers, Bridal and Birthdays!!!
